Daroca

Situated on the bed of a ravine, protected by a mighty castle and surrounded by clayey hills covered with pine trees, it offers an extraordinary landscape that tinges the sunsets with an incomparable reddish colour in all seasons. The town of Daroca is one of the most important monumental sites in Aragon, declared a historic-artistic site in 1931.

Gallocanta Lagoon

We will be able to contemplate one of the most beautiful spots in Aragon.

It is the largest lagoon in Aragon and has some peculiarities that make it unique. It is located on a high plateau at an altitude of over a thousand metres, dividing the provinces of Zaragoza and Teruel. It is unique because it is fed by rainwater and runoff with a good degree of salinity. The salt can be seen glistening on its banks in dry periods, forming a thin crust.

Territorio Mudéjar

Territorio Mudejar is an association that seeks to collaboratively manage the Mudejar historical-artistic heritage. Founded in 2018, its aim is to promote local development and preserve the identity of communities through this heritage. It works on the promotion and conservation of Mudejar art, from the local to the international level, taking advantage of the World Heritage brand to do so.

Monastery of Piedra

The history of this place is hard to forget for those who contemplate it. Its natural forms have been carved out over thousands of years by the river Piedra, which rises a short distance away, seeking its outlet among the steep and abrupt terrain, giving rise to dozens of waterfalls that, together with the exuberant vegetation, offer idyllic corners of enormous natural beauty.

Cariñena and Wine

When we hear about Cariñena we immediately associate it with wine. Traditionally, the Campo de Cariñena has been dedicated to the cultivation of vines and there is documentary evidence of its production since the Middle Ages. Even the encyclopaedist Voltaire said about Cariñena when he tasted its wines that the promised land must not be far away.

Zaragoza

It is difficult to talk in such a short space of time about the resources that Zaragoza has to offer. Thanks to its geographical location in the Ebro corridor, it has become one of the most active capitals on the peninsula in the service sector, and thanks to this excellent location, Zaragoza has known the passage of all cultures since it was founded by the Romans in 24 BC. The remains of this culture can be found in the Old Quarter, such as the remains of the walls that surrounded the city along the current street of Coso. The Roman theatre was the most spectacular construction that Caesaraugusta has ever seen, with its seating for six thousand people.

Dinópolis

Dinópolis is a palaeontological exhibition space where two concepts are mixed: the recreational and the didactic. It was created in Teruel because Aragon, and particularly in the south, an incredible amount of fossils have been found that have helped us to know a little better how the evolution of the Earth has been millions of years ago. In Dinópolis we can learn how life arose and how its species have appeared and have become extinct with a journey made through a vehicle that travels through a space full of special effects and animatronics.
